You should use a credit card or
Paypal account to guarantee a
reservation. Total value of your
reservation will be charged on your
credit card or Paypal account when
we re-confirm your booking by email
.Receipt of this amount will be sent
after we have received bank's
notice, normally 2-3 working days
later ( Paypal normally takes only
in a minute )
Amendments to your reservation must
be notified to and agreed by us
Cancellation & Cancellation Fee
All cancellations must be received
in writing, sent to us via fax or
email. The following rules apply for
cancellations:
If notification of cancellation is
received >14 working days or more
prior to arrival: No cancellation
charge but US$ 10. 00 plus a credit
card processing fee will be applied.
If notification of cancellation is
received between 7-14 working days
(not including Sat, Sun & Public
Holidays) or more prior to check-in
date :

Cancellation charge of 10% rate plus
a credit card processing fee will be
applied.
If notification of cancellation is
received less than 2-6 working days
(not including Sat, Sun & Public
Holidays) prior to check-in date:

Cancellation charge of 40% rate plus
Bank Fee will be applied.
If notification of cancellation is
received less than 2 working days
(not including Sat, Sun & Public
Holidays) prior to check-in date:

Cancellation charge of 100% rate. (
full length stay will be charged)
If cancellation is failed to make,
full charge of your booking is
applied.
Children Policy : Children under 12
years are generally granted a
reduction of 30% of the tour price,
provided that they are accompanied
by at least two full-paying adults
and stay in the same room. An extra
bed is fully charged as an adult.
Deposit & Payment : A deposit of 30%
of the tour price per person plus
bank charges (credit card/bank
transfer processing fees) is
required upon confirmation of your
booking (If this amount is less than
US$100, a US$100 per person deposit
will apply). Once a deposit is
received it is understood that you
have read, understood and accepted
all our Terms and Conditions .
The remaining balance of the tour
price (70%) is due upon arrival in
Vietnam, payable at our offices in
Vietnam . Cash is preferred to
reduce any processing fees that may
affect your cost.
Cancellation & Cancellation Fee
All cancellations must be received
in writing, sent to us via fax or
email. The following rules apply for
cancellations:
More than thirty (30) days prior to
departure:
- The
total deposit paid to us (20% or US$
100) less the administrative fee in
accordance with canceling advanced
arrangements, will be valid for one
(1) year from the date the deposit
was received. During this time (365
days) the amount can be applied to
other tours and services. After one
(1) year the deposit amount is
forfeited.
Less than Thirty (30) days prior
to departure:
- Complete
forfeiture of deposit, due to hotel
charges we incur for guest no-shows.
-Unused
Services
No refunds or exchanges can be made
with respect to accommodation,
meals, sightseeing tours, transport
or any other services, included in
the tour price, but not utilized by
the tour members.
Travel documents will be compiled
after the deposit has been received
and are sent two or three weeks
prior to departure. These documents
will be sent via email, and should
be printed out by participants and
retained as a receipt.
Responsibility
All possible care is taken to ensure
that our suppliers maintain the
highest possible standards. However,
we are not responsible in any way
for problems, however they arise,
that result from the booking of
services we do not directly control.
Refunds
Vietnam Awesome Travel, you do not
have to pay for anything you do not
get as we have commited with you
while making your reservation.
Morever, any kind of fault services
under our control will be refunded
to customers. Please do let us know
if you are in one or all of cases
below:
- Air -
conditioner does not work at all
- Poor,
rude or unrespective tour guides and
drivers

office to discuss. We are happy to
listen and do all our best to give
you the fairest thing possible. |
